1. Custom Design & Formatting Services
For custom 1-on-1 book cover design and interior formatting projects ordered directly through our form:
- Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you request a cancellation before the custom design process has started, you are eligible for a full refund (100%) minus any non-refundable transaction fees charged by payment processors (PayPal/Stripe).
- Work in Progress: Because custom design involves time and creative labor, once initial custom concepts have been delivered, a 50% kill-fee applies to cover the time spent researching and creating first drafts.
- Final Delivery: Once final print-ready files (high-resolution PDFs, JPEGs, or Source Files) have been delivered, no refunds can be issued. At this stage, the custom service is considered fully rendered.
2. Instant AI Book Cover Design Service & Credits
Strict No-Refund Policy for AI Credits & Generations
All credit purchases, credit top-ups, and image generation charges for the Instant AI Book Cover Design Studio (/ai-book-cover-design/) are strictly non-refundable.
- Purchased AI credits grant immediate access to automated server GPU infrastructure and image generation models. Once a purchase is completed via Lemon Squeezy, credits cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
- Unused credits remain available in your account balance according to the plan terms, but cannot be refunded.
- If a server-side error prevents an image from generating properly, our system automatically restores the spent credit back to your account balance.
