1. Services Provided
Cover by Nabin offers professional custom 1-on-1 book cover design, interior formatting services, free author calculation tools, and the Instant AI Book Cover Design Studio (ai-book-cover-design) for self-published authors and publishers worldwide.
2. Payment Terms & AI Credits
- Custom Design & Formatting Services: Following requirement form submission, a custom quote will be sent. Full payment via credit card or PayPal is required before custom design work begins.
- Instant AI Book Cover Studio: Generating cover artwork concepts in the AI Studio requires an active user account and generation credits. Credits can be obtained via free tier allocations or purchased credit packages handled securely by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. All credit purchases are strictly non-refundable.
3. Revisions & Generations
- Custom Projects: Unlimited revisions are included during the active design phase until final files are delivered and approved. Revisions requested after 15 days of project completion require an additional fee.
- AI Studio Generations: The AI generator produces cover design concepts based on user prompts, genre selections, and style parameters. Each generation attempt consumes account credits. Users may run multiple iterations by adjusting their design brief.
4. Delivery of Files
- Custom design final files and source assets are delivered via WeTransfer, Google Drive, or email. WeTransfer links expire after 3–7 days; clients are responsible for downloading and archiving their final files.
- AI Studio generated cover concepts are available for instant download in high resolution directly from the user dashboard.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds and cancellations for custom projects and AI credit purchases are governed by our dedicated Refund Policy. Please note that credit purchases for the Instant AI Book Cover Design Service carry a strict no-refund policy.
6. Intellectual Property & Commercial Usage
- Custom Designs: Clients receive full commercial rights to all final delivered custom artwork once payment is settled in full. Cover by Nabin reserves the right to display completed covers in designer portfolio showcases unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.
- AI Studio Artwork: Users retain full commercial usage rights to AI cover artwork generated using their account credits for their published books. Authors are responsible for reviewing generated artwork and ensuring manuscript/print layout compliance before publication.
7. Limitation of Liability
Cover by Nabin is not liable for any damages, loss, or misuse of delivered files. Satisfaction is subjective; while revisions are offered to ensure client satisfaction, the designer is not responsible for outcomes beyond the design service.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
