1. Services Provided
Cover by Nabin offers professional book cover design, interior formatting, and related design services for authors and publishers worldwide.
2. Payment Terms
- After submitting the book cover design or formatting requirement form, a custom quote will be emailed.
- Payment can be made securely online via card or PayPal. Full payment is required before work begins.
3. Revisions
- Unlimited revisions are included until the final files are delivered and the order is closed.
- Additional revisions requested after 15 days of order completion require extra payment.
4. Delivery of Files
- Final designs and source files are delivered via WeTransfer, Google Drive, OneDrive, or similar services.
- WeTransfer files expire after 3-7 days. Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing files.
- Cover by Nabin does not retain final source files long term; clients must keep them for future use.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds and cancellations follow the policy outlined in the refund-policy page.
6. Intellectual Property
- Clients receive full rights to all final designs once final payment is settled.
- Covers may be used in the designer’s portfolio or showcase. If the client does not want the cover to be displayed, they must inform me explicitly.
7. Limitation of Liability
Cover by Nabin is not liable for any damages, loss, or misuse of delivered files. Satisfaction is subjective; while revisions are offered to ensure client satisfaction, the designer is not responsible for outcomes beyond the design service.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Nepalese courts.
